You would need to be living on another planet to be in the dark about health care, our nation’s current challenges and general ways to remain healthy free of colds. To live a prosperous life, you need a healthy body. Everyone needs health care and everyone needs to take care of their one, and only, body.

Do not wait for a system filled with fear, doubt and confusion to stop you from being healthy. I have been practicing easy and inexpensive ways to sustain health and I encourage you as well. Last week I talked about water. This week, would you believe, I am highlighting my affection for a tongue scraper. I know it sounds weird. But, for the past ten years every morning I practice this ancient Ayurvedic cleansing ritual – tongue scraping.  Tongue scraping supports the elimination of toxins from your body much like sweating through your pores.

Your body is well equipped to stay healthy and there are many easy inexpensive practices you can embody to enhance health.
